Courts who have a large and complex recording environment will receive customized training documentation, given a priority status within our triage process, and can schedule one-on-one troubleshooting sessions as required.

Standard.

Courts who would like to expand their resources by leveraging our technical support team will receive training documentation, access live updates for their support cases in our Support Portal, and be able to utilize our knowledge base of useful tips and answers to FAQs.


Software Support

Software support includes in-line software version updates and version-specific documentation and resources.


Hardware Support
.

Our support team will troubleshoot For The Record installed hardware and assist in replacing hardware covered under warranty.


Proactive Services
.

Our support team will work with you to schedule a time to review your courtroom’s digital recording system—either onsite or remotely—and share a report on the findings of the functionality testing of each component.
