New update available for FTR Player on Windows 11
Microsoft will be releasing a new update for Windows 11 operating systems next month. This upgrade to Windows 11 22H2 will affect FTR Player when a foot control is plugged in. This update will only affect Windows 11 22H2 and will not affect Windows 10 22H2. It will affect all versions of FTR Player on Windows 11 22H2. Customers upgrading to Windows 11 22H2 will need to run this FTR Player update after upgrading to resolve the issue.
If you experience any of the following issues with FTR Player after upgrading to Windows 11 22H2, you will need to install the update.
- When opening FTR Player, the program flashes on screen and disappears
- When opening FTR Player, the licence agreement is display but the program doesn’t load
- When attempting to open FTR Player, the program does not respond
NOTE: Only 7.x versions of FTR Player are officially supported on Windows 11.
